About Me

Before knowing Human Resources existed, I was doing elements of the job in every aspect of my life: problem solving, project managing, resolving conflict — even payroll and hiring. People have always been my main focus, and with an organized and solution-oriented mindset, I stumbled into the perfect career for myself. My sense of humor and emotional intelligence allows me to connect and relate to others and be extremely effective in my role. 

I bring a passionate, human and personable approach to my work that connects seamlessly with leadership in a variety of industries. With over a decade providing HR services to both large and small organizations, I found myself most excited when learning about a company and their importance in their field, and helping them build either an HR process or the entire HR function. My career has led me to work in Tech, Healthcare, Beauty, and Art, and I’m always so humbled by the fact that every size company in every industry faces similar people challenges.
